Most of my camping experience has been family camping at Clark's Hill lake in the '60s and '70s and backpacking the southern Appalachians as a teenager in the '70s. My camping days waned during college and revived after I met my future wife in the '90s. I drifted away again when my firstborn came along. Now it's the late '00s and I'm starting again.
